DONT TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT

We (A Million Dreams - The Greatest Shows) have had the pleasure of performing at the last 3 festivals with Andy and his brilliant team. IMPORTANT NOTICES

Health & Safety

We’re excited to have you join us for a fantastic celebration of music and community. Your safety is our top priority, so here are some important health and safety guidelines to ensure everyone has a great time:

Be Mindful of Others: Respect your fellow festival-goers. Follow the golden rule: treat others as you want to be treated.

Stay Clean: Keep your hands clean by using the provided hand sanitizers stationed around the festival grounds.

Dispose of Waste Properly: Help us keep the festival grounds clean by using the designated trash and recycling bins.

Stay Hydrated: Remember to drink plenty of water, especially if it’s sunny and warm. Dehydration can spoil the fun!

Protect Your Ears: Bring earplugs or earmuffs to protect your hearing, especially near loud stages.

First Aid: Our dedicated first aid team is here to help. Locate the first aid tent on the festival map or ask any staff member for assistance.

Child Safety: Keep an eye on your little ones at all times. Our festival is family-friendly, and we want everyone to have a safe experience.

Food Safety: Enjoy the delicious food options, but make sure they’re from reputable vendors. Wash your hands before eating.

Traffic Safety: If you’re driving, follow parking signs and directions from staff. Remember, safety starts in the car park.

Weather Awareness: Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Bring rain gear just in case!

Smoking Rules: Follow designated smoking areas and be mindful of others who might not appreciate smoke.

By following these guidelines, you’ll be contributing to a safe and enjoyable YFest experience for everyone. Also please remember anyone under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30. The Shire stage only allows children under the age of 16 until 7pm each night. We want to create unforgettable memories while keeping health and safety in mind. Have a fantastic time all!
